Message Stick Communications is Australia's first Aboriginal national telecommunications service provider.
Message Stick is majority owned and managed by Indigenous Australians. The CEO is Indigenous and at all times the majority of management and staff will be Indigenous Australians.
In the spirit of reconciliation, the business has both Indigenous and non-Indigenous shareholders.
Michael McLeod
Michael McLeod is CEO, and a founding Director, of Message Stick. Formerly CEO of Koori World Online, Michael took up his new position in January 2004.

Dugald Russell
Dugald Russell, Director and CFO Designate, and a founding Director, is an outspoken and proactive supporter of Indigenous Australia. Dug has twenty years corporate career in senior financial and CEO roles, and provides Message Stick with invaluable experience and advice.
Gary Williams
Gary Williams, Group Executive, has been involved with Message Stick since 2005. His first encounter with Message Stick was when he worked for their backend conferencing provider. In 2007 he joined Message Stick as an employee and is responsible for client and marketing activties of the group .
Gavin Karro
Gavin Karro, Group Executive, is a self confessed propeller head. Gavin is responsible for the group's sales operations and infrastructure, as well as developing future business ventures within the mobile marketplace. Gavin has been with Message Stick since 2006 after working for a large telecommunications company both in Australia and overseas.
