Message Stick upgrade 4th July 2010
We are excited to announce an upgrade to the Message Stick automated audio conferencing platform.
From July 4th 2010, Message Stick Meeting Place users will experience service enhancements including:
- Improved Billing system including Online Billing access to conference usage.
- Truly local, 24 x 7 client and technical support for round the clock troubleshooting.
- An intuitive suite of voice prompts for greater usability, including an all user Help Menu.
- Further enhanced security features.
- Indigenous Music on hold.
- Post Conference email: A conference summary email will be sent to your inbox upon the conclusion of each conference, allowing you to view who attended the call and the duration of the call.
